Torrevieja is getting ready for a weekend full of maritime atmosphere, pirates and entertainment. From 23 to 25 October, Paseo Vista Alegre will turn into a lively seafaring market, with craft stalls, live music and activities for all ages.

Mercado Marinero is a recurring event that brings a nautical theme to the town each autumn. Visitors can explore market stalls, enjoy the festive atmosphere and watch performances inspired by the world of sailors and pirates.

The market opens on Friday, 23 October, at 6:00 PM, with an opening celebration, pirate-themed musical performances and an evening fire show at 7:30 PM. Street musical parades are also planned for the evening.

On Saturday, 24 October, the market opens from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and again from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The programme includes pirate parades, children’s shows, live music and an evening performance featuring juggling and fire tricks at 9:30 PM.

Sunday, 25 October, offers more family entertainment, with musical parades, sea-themed stories and music. The weekend ends with a grand pirate parade at 8:45 PM.

With free admission, Mercado Marinero is a great option for a family outing or an evening with friends. Whether you come for the market stalls, the live entertainment or the spectacular fire shows, it is a chance to enjoy the lively atmosphere of Torrevieja by the sea.
